Aqua Aerobics

Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen your muscles. Aquatic exercise can also have several health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength

Calling all Mermaids!, it’s time to have fun with PJ!

Let’s focus on Core Strength, Balance, and low impact cardio!

OR Make a splash Wednesday 9AM, Katie’s pool– and focus on Balance & Flexibility!

Low “Tide” Impact and Strength

Join Diane for strength, flexibility, and range of motion training!

This low impact class will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, Silver sneaker balls, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes! AND BOOST BALANCE OUT OF WATER!

Pool Patio Pump

Take a seat pool side with Tonya for A total body workout using chairs!

execute a variety of chair aerobic exercises to promote upper and lower body strength as well as muscle flex and core!

“Clam”orous Chair Cardio

Stay happy as a clam in your chair!  All movements are done seated in a chair and moves are slow and gentle.
