Warrior Workout

A Philippians 4:13 Warrior has a “no excuses” attitude and always stays focused on the quest to give God their very best in ALL they do!  This class is a mixture of obstacle course training, circuit training, running and varied workouts of the day (no Olympic lifting). Each class is different so your body never knows what to expect. The warrior workout will be on the board when the athletes arrive. The class is 60 minutes of a total body workout that is high energy and a high calorie burn.
