Exercise & Play | Afterschool Care | Fulltime Childcare | Summer Programs
Each location within the YMCA of Greater Augusta offers leading childcare services in the CSRA that range from walk-in daycares tailored to allow your child to learn and play while you exercise, afterschool and fulltime childcare, as well as summer programs for daytime care as well as overnight camps.
Our Play & Learn Childcare is an included benefit to every YMCA family membership in order to allow parents the ability to exercise without worrying about childcare, our other childcare programs may represent an additional cost beyond your standard membership dues. Scholarships, discounts, and financial assistance are available through donations from our community partners.

Play & Learn Childcare
YMCA Gyms Offer Walk-In Childcare While You Exercise
The YMCA includes childcare for all of our family memberships while you exercise through our Play & Learn program. No reservation is needed. Simply visit your local branch and sign your child in before you workout.

YMCA Afterschool Childcare in the Augusta Area
The YMCA offers afterschool childcare as part of our Primetime program. Due to various grants that are specific to each community we serve the price can range from free to $70/week per child.

YMCA Child Development Academy is Proud to Partner with Piedmont Healthcare
The YMCA offers fulltime childcare at our Child Development Academy in Downtown Augusta. Due to partnerships with Piedmont Healthcare and other community partners, we offer discounts, scholarships, and financial assistance in order to ensure everyone has access to the best childcare in the CSRA. YMCA Offers Summer Childcare Programs on a Week to Week Basis
The YMCA offers a wide range of summer camps at multiple locations throughout the CSRA. Each has individual focuses and vary between daytime childcare during the summer or overnight camps.
