Active Stretching

Stretching is a class that is designed to help a person to stretch the muscles after a hard workout.  This class is designed to do dynamic and static stretching throughout the class.  Dynamic stretching is stretching with movement, and static stretching is a type of stretching that involves no movement.  This is a 30 minute class to help a person learn to stretch in a safe manner while also feeling great when you walk out.
