Y WOD KIDZ

Y WOD (Workout of the Day) KIDZ (ages 8-14) introduces kids to CrossFit-inspired, age appropriate functional movements and exercises. The WOD (workout of the day) assists in maximizing physical skills, self confidence and body awareness. This class aims to make exercise fun and make your young athlete move better, safer, and more effectively. Class is limited to 12 participants per session and held in the youth gym on Mondays and Wednesday. On Tuesday and Thursday the kids will work out on the fitness floor and learn about the equipment.
