Calling all CrossFitters: Are you ready for this new year challenge?
We run this competition from Jan 13-April 3. Your first weigh in will be Jan 6-10th in the Crossfit Box. Get one of the coaches to weigh you in! From then on you will weigh in once a month on the first Tuesday of each month.
Fitness Challenges will be announced by CrossFit Coaches throughout the competition.
Winner will be announced at the end of competition and a prize will be awarded to number 1 male and number 1 female!

This is the pre-requisite for all new CrossFit prospects. CrossFit is based off of 9 fundamental Olympic weight lifting moves that provides a safe introduction to the world of CrossFit. CrossFit is a fitness regimen created by Coach Greg Glassman, defined as that which optimizes fitness by utilizing programming that delivers constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively hi intensity, across broad modal planes. Coach will test your skills at the end of fundamentals course.
Fundamentals classes always start on the FIRST TUESDAY of the month!
If you miss a Tuesday/Thursday there is a make-up class held on Saturdays at 11am. Please discuss with your coach.
