This is the pre-requisite for all new CrossFit prospects. CrossFit is based off of 9 fundamental Olympic weight lifting moves that provides a safe introduction to the world of CrossFit. Coach will test your skills at the end of fundamentals course.
Fundamentals classes always start on the FIRST TUESDAY of the month!
If you miss a Tuesday/Thursday there is a make-up class held on Saturdays at 11am. Please discuss with your coach.

One-on-one training can give you more confidence that you’re doing things correctly and safely during class. Our coaches know and understand human movement and will help you through your sticking points. A few sessions can make a huge difference in your progress.
This package is for 8×60 minute sessions and the fee is $252. If you would like to purchase more or less sessions or 30 minute sessions, please find offers under “personal training packages”. Small group training session are also available.
