Get ready for a night of Halloween fun, games, costumes, and plenty of candy! Join us at the Aiken County Family YMCA for Trick or Treat on the Trail , THEME: Game On!, a FREE community event for children and adults of all ages.

Families will make their way along our trail, stopping at candy stations along the way. Come dressed in your favorite costume, bring a bag for your treats, and get ready to have some fun!

• Costumes encouraged

This event is FREE and open to the entire community! Pre-registration is encouraged.

Donations are welcome! All proceeds from the event will benefit our Community Support Program, helping the Aiken County Family YMCA provide programs and resources that directly support children and families in our community.

Join us for a night of spooky fun around our walking trail behind our YMCA. The trick-or-treat trail will run from 4p-6pm for littles who wish to come and see our staff and volunteers stationed around the trail waiting to fill their buckets with a sweet treat. 7-9pm will be our Spooky Haunted Trail for older kids who don’t mind a little jump scare as they make their way around the trail filled with surprises around every turn!

Cost is $1 per person…that’s it! Money raised from this event will go to our Annual Campaign fundraising efforts so that we may continue to offer financial assistance to those wanting to be a part of our programs and wellness center but may need a little help affording the costs.

Join us for an afternoon of entertainment and natural beauty at Family YMCA Camp Lakeside.  The Golden Hour—the magical time just before sunset—will end our fun-filled day of live music, dinner, bingo, a wine pull, and silent auction.  This is more than just an event; it’s a golden moment you don’t want to miss.  The attire is business casual. 

$100.00 per ticket.

$25 for a drink arm band.

$1000 for a table (includes 8 tickets and drink arm band).

Tickets are limited. 

Proceeds help send a kid to camp next summer!

Vendor, Group & Individual Station Registration

The Aiken County Family YMCA is excited to host our 4th Annual Trick or Treat on the Trail fundraising event!

⏰ 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
📍 Aiken County Family YMCA Outdoor Walking Trail

We’re looking for local businesses, community organizations, groups, families, and individuals to help us create an unforgettable evening for our community by hosting a station along the trail!

Last year, we welcomed upwards of 1,000 children and family members, making this a fantastic opportunity to have fun, connect with the community, and showcase your business or organization.

🎮 This Year’s Theme: GAME ON!

Pick your favorite board game or card game and bring it to life at your station! Think Monopoly, UNO, Candy Land, Clue, Scrabble, Battleship, Connect 4, and more.

🏆 Best Dressed Station Awards will be given this year!

You will be asked to select your station theme when registering. Themes are first come, first served, and no duplicate themes will be allowed, so register early!

We encourage you to dress up, decorate, and have fun with your station. Please keep all costumes and decorations family friendly and avoid anything overly scary.

🍬 What Does a Station Provide?

Station participants are responsible for:

• Providing FREE candy, prizes, promotional swag, or other giveaway items for trick or treaters
• Decorating their station around their selected GAME ON theme
• Providing their own table, chairs, tent, and other setup items when possible
• Staffing their station throughout the event

The YMCA has a limited number of tables available. Tables will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

The event takes place on our unpaved outdoor walking trail, which is surrounded by trees. Stations are welcome to utilize the space around their area for decorations and backdrops, as appropriate.

💜 There is NO Charge to Host a Station!

Participation is completely FREE for vendors, businesses, organizations, groups, and individuals.

If you are unable to participate but would still like to support the event, donations are always welcome! Proceeds from Trick or Treat on the Trail support our Community Support Program, which directly benefits the Aiken community.
