100% of fees will be supporting the Burke Family Y Annual Campaign. Your participation will ensure that your neighbors, families and friends all have access the Y programs and memberships regardless of their financial or life circumstances.

Entry Fee – $25 per event.

Deadline for entry is July 29, 2022. After this date, there will be a $10 late fee.

Rules

No long pants, long sleeves, squat suits or bench shirts.

*Allowed – wrist wraps, belt and knee wraps.

Weight Classes:

85, 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, & Super Heavy Weight

Awards:

1st-3rd in each division and weight class

Also Best and Biggest Bench Press and Best and Biggest Deadlift! 

Do you hate burpees and sometimes just want to by bypass them?  We added a twist this year to include the much “loved” assault bike. For a $10 donation, you will receive 3 burpee/assault bike passes that can be used at any Warrior Workout class to bypass the burpees/assault bike on the board.  The pass is only good for 2022 and may not be used on your birthday workout.  There is no limit on the amount that you may purchase.  These make great gifts for your fitness friends.  Tag us with a picture of your pass and tell us that “I proudly paid too much for a BURPEE PASS”.

Also, available is the Happy BURPEEDAY pass: this pass entitles the holder to give their birthday burpees to the person of their choice but not to include the instructor.

Our North Jefferson Family Y was established in 6/09 (June 2009) and we have logged many miles and memories together. We challenge our members to log 609 miles starting Valentines Day (Feb. 14th) and ending on Dec. 31st. The challenge runs for 45 weeks and we encourage our members to average 13.5 miles a week to meet the goal. (45 * 13.5= 607.5 plus a bonus 1.5 miles for 609). Use the bike, elliptical, treadmill, outside Y runs or laps during class to count towards your weekly mileage. Outside races also count, just bring in your bib and results sheet. Each Y member will get a MEDAL and Facebook shout-out at the end of the challenge. The cost is $25 and all proceeds benefit the Community Campaign

Weight Classes: 123-Below, 124-132, 133-148, 149-165, 166-181,182-198, 199-220, 221-242, 243-275, 275+

Awards will be given for 1st-3rd place in each weight division. 

Best overall Male/Female and Heaviest Total Male/Female

*Determined by Wilkes Score 

Age: 16yrs and up Spectators must be 14yrs of age.

Cost: $25 for Members. $40 Non-Members, $5 for Spectators

Event Time: 10am-until (5-7 hours based on number of participants)

Weigh ins starts at 8am

Allowed: Wrist wrap, Knee sleeve, Belt, Gym Attire (tanks, t-shirts, gym shorts, under armor wear)
