The Y is open 6:00-9:00 pm for After Hours Pickleball on Saturdays. This program is for experienced players only.  You should know and apply the fundamentals of pickleball before signing up. After Hours Pickleball is available to members and non-members. Registration in advance is required. The names of all registered participants for each session will appear on a roster. ONLY those on the roster will be admitted to the facility. During After Hours pickleball, the rest of the facility is off limits. Registration is limited to 35 members per session. If you register and are not able to come, no refund or transfer of registration is available. Fees are $5 Members, $8 Non-members (beginning 1/1/24). Registration is available at the front desk and online.

Free Fundamentals Pickleball Class for members!

Learn to play pickleball!  Your first step is Fundamentals class, which is offered weekly on Tuesdays at 8:00AM. The class is one hour.  But if you want to stay after class for more practice, instructors are usually available to play with you until about 10:00.  Students and instructors all enjoy this extra  “guided play” time together.

Each pickleball student may attend up to 6 consecutive classes.  But you will learn the basics in one class!  Registration opens one week in advance and is required for each session.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get checked in etc, so we can begin class right at 8:00AM. Wear sneakers. BRING WATER! Equipment is provided.

Pickleball Ladder League

Our Ladder League is all about individual performance—no partner needed! Each week, we’ll set up the match-ups and format, so all you have to do is show up and play.

Ladder Divisions:
Divisions are based on overall skill level and are gender-neutral.

League Session:
We offer ladder sessions a few times a year, with games once a week for 6-7 weeks. While it’s great if you can make it every week, it’s not required.

Registration:
Both members and non-members can sign up now!

Weekly Schedule:
The Thursday evening league kicks off at 5:45 PM. You’ll get the weekly schedule via email on Tuesdays. If you can’t make it, please notify the league captain by Monday via email or phone.

What is a ladder league?

Ladder League is individual performance based.  Partner not required.  The league captain will determine your match-up and format each week.

League Session: Ladder sessions are offered several times a year.  Games will take place once a week for a total of 7 or 8 weeks of play.  Players are encouraged, but not required, to be present to play every week.

Registration: Registration opens to Y members 4 weeks before start date of session.  Registration opens to non-members 3 weeks before start date.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday Afternoon League: Everyone plays 12:15-1:45. **Please notify league captain by Saturday if you will not be present to play.

Thursday Evening League: The weekly schedule will be emailed to you on Tuesdays.  There are two start times (5:45 & 7:15). Your start time may change week to week.                           **Notify league captain by Monday, if you will not be present to play.

Open Play is offered M/W/F 8-12.  Registration in advance is not required!  However, all players must sign-in when arriving at the courts.

Court reservations are for 2 hours. ONE member reserves court and pays $16 and can invite up to 7 players to share the court and the fee. NEW GUEST POLICY: The member can invite non-members to play but must add their name to the  registration. The non-member must check in at the front desk. It is the member’s responsibility to make sure they do so. They will need to show their ID and pay $5 guest fee.

Pickleball lessons available Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:00 and Sundays. This is your opportunity to have a certified pickleball instructor all to yourself for an hour, or you can share the lesson (and the cost) with up to 3 other players of your choosing. One individual registers and pays $25 fee. If the available times do not work for you, contact Anne for other arrangements.

ZERO-ZERO-FIT is a 50-minute pickleball clinic for all abilities, taught by a certified pickleball instructor and functional fitness trainer.  NEW Fee is $50.

Due to the popularity of this program, until we can offer enough sessions to meet the demand, the class will only be open to members for the foreseeable future.

Please bring water and paddle.

The class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 and 11:00 in the youth gym. (No classes during Masters week.)

Fee payment gives you access to all the classes in the monthly session you register for (usually 8 classes).

When there are two back to back classes offered (10:00 AND 11:00), participants must choose ONE class and cannot register for both, due to the demand for this class.
