Our Adult Sports programs are the perfect way to stay active, get fit, and try something new! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to explore a fun hobby, we offer a variety of leagues and activities for men and women of all skill levels. Join us for a great time, meet new people, and keep moving!
21+ Adult Basketball Fall 2026
Join the Wilson YMCA Adult Basketball League!
Looking to get in the game? Our Adult Basketball League offers a fun, competitive atmosphere with games scheduled every Monday and Wednesday from 6-9 PM at the Wilson Family YMCA adult gym.
To register, each team needs a minimum of 7 players. Captains will also need to pay a non-refundable $20 deposit to reserve their spot in the league and allow for a smooth scheduling process. All deposits must be received by August 3rd to ensure your team is included. Players will need to show a valid ID at registration and for each game.
This season, we will continue the use of a 30-second shot clock and play 10 regular season games.
**Please note that if we have to extend registration past initial start date due to late registrants we may not be able to meet game minimum due to time constraints **
