Swim Lessons - Adult - (Ages 13+)
You’re never too old to learn how to swim!
Swim Basics (Stages 1-3)
Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills:
* Swim, float, swim – sequencing front glide, roll, back float, and exit.
* Jump, push, turn, grab
Swim Strokes (Stages 4-6)
Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skill sand build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social-emotional and cognitive well-being, and foster a lifetime of physical activity.
Participants may only sign up for 1 session per swimmer. Registration for multiple sessions will be refunded and taken off the roster. This is to ensure others have a chance to get into our swim lesson program! thank you for your understanding!
*Each class is 30 mins
Swim lessons will not be refunded for inclement weather.
