Teens will kick start their fitness goals with outdoor/indoor  cardio and strength training.  Activities include circuits, strength and endurance stations, body weight exercises, obstacle courses, ball games, and more. A great way to burn fat, calories, stay fit and make some new friends.

Ages 7-17.  Don`t forget to bring water bottle!
