Kids need exercise to grow in strength and nurture good habits that will lead to health and wellness for years to come. We want to help kids/teens learn the value of staying active and fit.

Strength & Conditioning

Teens will kick start their fitness goals with outdoor/indoor  cardio and strength training.  Activities include circuits, strength and endurance stations, body weight exercises, obstacle courses, ball games, and more. A great way to burn fat, calories, stay fit and make some new friends.

Ages 8-16.  Don`t forget to bring water bottle!

Y WOD KIDZ

Y WOD (Workout of the Day) KIDZ (ages 8-14) introduces kids to CrossFit-inspired, age appropriate movements and exercises. The WOD (workout of the day) assists in maximizing physical skills, self confidence and body awareness. This class aims to make exercise fun and make your young athlete move better, safer, and more effectively. Class is limited to 12 participants per session and held in the youth gym.

Y WOD Kidz ADVANCED

This class introduces kidz and adolescence to a CrossFit WOD (Workout of the day) and is held inside the CrossFit Box.  Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, class emphasizes on good movement and safety.  Class is designed to improve health and fitness and teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit.

This class is designed for ages 11-16.
