Girls Flag Football Clinic (Ages 5–12)

The North Jefferson Family YMCA is excited to introduce our Girls Flag Football Clinic! This six-week program is designed to teach girls ages 5–12 the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment.

Whether your child is brand new to the game or looking to develop her skills, this clinic is the perfect place to learn, grow, and build confidence while making new friends.

Participants will learn:

• Route running
• Flag pulling
• Offensive and defensive fundamentals
• Teamwork and sportsmanship
• Basic game strategy

Each week will focus on skill development through drills, games, and team activities. The clinic will conclude with a fun end-of-program scrimmage, giving players the opportunity to put their new skills into action.
