NEW: DRAFT SYSTEM

Starting this season, we are transitioning our sports to a draft system. The goal of this change is to improve competition and balance across our programs.

Coaches will still be allowed to pick from their request pool for this season. They will be allowed to select up to half of their roster from their request pool (likely 6-8 players). Coaches will receive their request list on September 22. Players not selected will be added to the draft pool and invited to our combine.

The combine will be held on Saturday, September 27. U9 will be from 10am-11am, U12 will be from 11am-12pm, and U16 will be from 12pm-1pm. At the combine, players will rotate through drills while coaches observe them. After the combine ends, coaches will draft their teams. ALL PLAYERS WILL BE DRAFTED!

Parents and coaches, please note that siblings will be drafted together. We also will do our best to honor any carpool requests we receive. Please indicate any carpool requests in the coach request section of your registration form. Requests are not guaranteed.

Coaching:

• Coaches meeting: September 24th at 6pm in Wilson Y Sports Pavilion.

Practices:

• Practices begin the week of October 13th
• Practices times are determined by coach availability and preference

Games:

• Games begin the week of October 27th
