U7 Flag Football is designed for players ages 5–6 who are just starting their football journey. This co-ed program focuses on introducing the basics of the game in a fun, supportive environment, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.

Players will learn fundamental skills such as running, passing, catching, and flag pulling, while developing coordination, agility, and an understanding of basic game rules. Practices and games are designed to keep players active, engaged, and excited about football.

U9 Flag Football is designed for players ages 7–8 who are ready to build on basic skills and start learning more about game strategy in a fun, supportive environment. This co-ed program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence while helping players improve running, passing, catching, flag pulling, and defensive skills.

• All practices and games are held at the Wilson Family Y Fields

Observation & Draft:

• Observation Day is Saturday, September 26 at 10:00 AM

• Players will participate in drills and activities to help coaches assess skills and create balanced teams

• All players will be drafted into teams regardless of attendance at Observation Day

• Some players may be exempt from Observation Day if coaches select them from their request list
