Lunch and Learns
A Lunch & Learn is a meeting, training session, or presentation that take place during lunch, and where food is sometimes provided. They bring people together in an informal atmosphere to collaborate and learn.
The Family YMCA of Greater Augusta is “More than a gym”. We’re a community – a place where you can gather, connect with others, and learn something new! We are excited to hold our Lunch & Learn programs at several of our locations.
Lunch & Learns are FREE events that are open to the public. These events feature a range of speakers from a wide variety of expertise. From health and wellness, to finances to cybersecurity, there is plenty to learn at Lunch & Learn.
