Time: 9:00 AM- 2:15 PM

Check ins Begin at 8:30 AM

There will be 3 Sessions with 4 options to choose from for each session. There will be 10 minutes breaks between each session.

Session #1 9:00 AM- 9:50 AM Self Defense, Aqua Aerobics, Recovery/Stretch, and Small Group Training

Session #2 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM Self Defense, Aqua Aerobics, Recovery/Stretch, and Small Group Training

Session #3 11:00 AM- 11:50AM Self Defense, Aqua Aerobics, Recovery/Stretch, and Small Group Training

**It is encouraged to bring clothes to participate in the Aqua Aerobics but is not required**

12:00 – 12:30 PM… Networking with peers/ Snacks Time

12:45 PM- 1:15 PM…..Les Mills Guest Speaker

1:30 PM- 2:15 PM….Les Mills Shapes Masterclass

Childcare is provided from 8:30 AM until 1:30 PM

**Childcare is NOT provided for Master classes which are all day trainings**

Childcare is provided from 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM. Please pack all necessary items for your child for this duration of time. We will be providing snack for the registered children.

The purpose of the personal training pathway is to provide quality personal trainers to the CSRA and Greater Augusta Family Y. During this pathway, trainers will learn to the following:

• Personal Training Certifications, what does the Y accept​
• PT Availability link and schedule​
• Clocking in and out (Units)​
• Personal Training Rate Worksheet​
• Smart Start Coaching​
• PT Brochure​
• Selling Personal Training​
• Personalized Wellness Plans​
• Marketing Yourself​
• Client Retention

Sessions will be help the first Thursday at 12Pm of every other month.

1. Once you have registered for this training through CORE, you will be emailed a link to the personal training pathway video. The email subject will be titled “Greater of Augusta – Personal Training Pathway Video”
2. Please watch the video all the way through, and make sure to take plenty of notes.
3. After completing the video please contact Regional Wellness Director, Robert Haynes, at [email protected] or 762-685-8958 in order to receive your availability personal training link (The purpose of this link will be explained in the personal training pathway video) and receiving further steps to the process.  When contacting Robert, you can also ask any additional questions that you have about the video.
