This training is specific to the Burke County YMCA. In this four hour training our prime time assistants will learn how to lead with care and integrity. Learning how to handle situations that may arise, and also being able to keep control at all times. Assistants will learn about the curriculum we use, and how to implement it into our program.

Location: Wilson YMCA on Saturday, August 22nd
Time: 1 pm – 6 pm. Check-ins Begin at 12:45 PM
1 PM……… Introduction of all Directors & Cover SOPs
There will be 3 Sessions with 4 options to choose from in each session. There will be 15-minute breaks between each session.
Session #1, 1:30-2:15 pm – Ballroom Burn, Pilates & Barre, Muscle & Groove, Yoga
Session #2, 2:30-3:15 pm – Pilates & Barre, Muscle & Groove, Ballroom Burn, Yoga
Session #3, 3:30-4:15 pm – Muscle & Groove, Ballroom Burn, Pilates & Barre, Yoga
4:30-530 pm…..HYROX Introduction & Wrap Up
Childcare is provided from Check ins until Wrap up.
