The Heart of a Warrior VIRTUAL Trifecta runs Feb 9th-29th and can be done at your own pace. You may split up the mileage and complete it over multiple days. The FULL Trifecta consists of a 10K run/walk (6.20 miles), 20 mile bike (outside of a spin class) and 10,000 meter row. The HALF Trifecta is a 5K run/walk (3.10 miles), 10 mile bike (outside of Spin class), and 5,000 meter row. Be sure to take a picture of your console or screenshot your running app and show it to a Y staff at the Welcome Center.
