Fall Kickoff 2020

Program Requirements:

  • Select the team under your favorite Y staff and sign up at the Welcome Center
  • Complete 3 workouts each week for 5 weeks and have Y staff sign off
  • Check-in weekly with your Team Captain to receive credit for your workouts.
  • Cost is FREE for members
