Spinning is long known to decrease fat and help people drop pounds. In fact, it’s so effective that research has shown replacing one bout of moderate intensity exercise with two 30-minute sessions of the high-intensity workout can improve everything from your cardiovascular health to your body composition.

As a participant you will attend at least 3 classes a week for 8 weeks. With being a participant you get access to healthy recipes, motivational tip, health tip for the week and 3 home workouts.

Registration opens Saturday February 1st and runs through Saturday February 15th.

The program starts on Saturday February 15th and runs through April 12th.
