Spinning is long known to decrease fat and help people drop pounds. In fact, it’s so effective that research has shown replacing one bout of moderate intensity exercise with two 30-minute sessions of the high-intensity workout can improve everything from your cardiovascular health to your body composition.

As a participant you will attend at least 3 classes a week for 8 weeks. With being a participant, you get access to healthy recipes, motivational tip, health tip for the week and 3 home workouts.

Registration opens Monday December 15th and runs through Monday January 12th.

The program starts Monday January 12th and runs through Monday March 16th.
