Okinawa Karate is a fun, healthy way to develop flexibility, stamina, balance, coordination, strength, self discipline and self defense. Okinawa Karate combines hard striking attacks such as kicks and close hand punches with softer open hand circular techniques for attacking, blocking, and controlling the opponent, including locks, grappling, takedowns, and throws. Breathing method is also very important. The martial art class includes development of self-confidence, integrity and respect, as well as physical challenges.
