This introduction to CrossFit will teach the CrossFit methodology, the nine basic foundational movements associated with CrossFit, and how to properly warm up and execute movements with safe, consistent, and proper mechanics. You will be lead through a sample workout typical of Wilson Y CrossFit as an introduction to the high intensity representative of CrossFit classes. This class will take place on the first (or second) Saturday of each month from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please dress in appropriate workout attire and bring water and a small snack.
