Services Provided by the Family Y:

• For children ages 0-12
• Staff members provided
• An activity room in the clubhouse will be available with tables and chairs. Food drinks and decorations may be brought into this party room.

Payment Schedule:

• A deposit of 50.00 to hold you slot must be paid at registration (The Family Y reserves the right to cancel a party for any reason).
• The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid a week prior to the party date.
• Cancellations will result in a loss of the deposit.
• In order to cancel your party, you must call the front desk. Please call the front desk on Party Day for emergency cancellations.

Set up and clean up:

• Set up and clean-up is the responsibility of the staff
• Renters may set up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled rental time.
• Food and beverages are allowed ONLY in the party room provided.

Rules for Participants:

• No running
• Rough play is not permitted
• Obey staff at all times
• Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the party room or anywhere on the Family Y premises.
