Our wellness events are designed to inspire healthy living, support personal growth, and create meaningful connections. Whether you’re looking to move more, eat better, or simply connect with others who share your goals, there’s something for everyone.
Homeschool P.E.
The Wilson Family YMCA offers a unique Physical Education experience for Home Schoolers! Our program is designed to allow kids to sample a wide variety of sports, swimming, and other activities throughout the school year.
We focus on teaching general health, team and individual sports, group exercise classes and EGYM for older teen students also while instilling the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in our participants.
