Rates:
• Members: $300
• Non-Members: $375

• Saturday or Sunday | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Public Pool Party Rental

• 2 hours of party time
• Access to all pool water features available that day
• Use of picnic tables on the pool deck
• 30 minutes of setup time prior to your party

Fun Concessions Add-Ons: $50 each

Additional Information:
• Party times must be scheduled during regular pool operating hours
• Additional hours: $70 per hour

Birthday Parties are for children ages 1 year-12 years old. One staff member will be present. Party space will be set up with tables and chairs. All other decorations and set up will be done by participants. Food, drinks and/or decorations may be brought into party room and set up by participants.

Soft Play is for children ages 3 years-5 years old only. Rough Play is not permitted. Guests must abide by The Family Y rules at all times. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed anywhere on The Family Y premises.

An additional room with a TV and crafting area is available for an additional $50 upon request.

Steiner Branch Birthday Parties are on Saturdays from 1pm-3pm. Set-up and clean-up are the responsibility of the renter. Renters may set up at 12:30pm and clean up by 3:30pm. Staff members will provide a large trash can for easy clean up. Running over your designated party time limit will result in an extra fee of $25 per 15 minutes. Food and beverages are allowed only in rooms designated during booking.

A signed rental agreement is required to rent the space. An online deposit is recommended to hold your rental date. You can then come in and sign the rental agreement.  In order to make changes to or to cancel your party or inquiry about rentals at other days/times, contact the Youth and Family Program Director, Hannah Bragg at 706-200-2783.

A $50 Deposit is required at the time of sign up, all remaining balances are due one week prior to the party. 

Cancellations 7 days prior to party date will result in a loss of $50. Cancellations within 7 days of party date will result in total loss of fees. 

The Family Y reserves the right to cancel a party for any reason.
