Our nationally-certified Personal Trainers design a personalized program to meet your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness or to change up your normal work-out routine. Personalized Wellness Plan
A Personalized Wellness Plan is a one-time meeting with a Personal Trainer who will perform a fitness assessment, discuss your goals and create a one-month fitness plan for you.
Whether you’ve hit a plateau, are stuck in a rut or can’t find time to consistently meet with a trainer, a Personalized Wellness Plan can help identify focus points and explore how the Y can support you along the way. From there, your trainer will help you to identify the group classes or exercises that will most benefit you on your individual fitness journey.
