Silver Sneakers
The Family Y of Greater Augusta is proud to offer SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. SilverSneakers® classes are offered at the Augusta South Family YMCA, North Augusta Family YMCA, Thomson Family YMCA and Wilson Family YMCA.
SilverSneakers® is a benefit provided through select Medicare Advantage plans. To get started with SilverSneakers®, visit one of our branches with your health insurance card and we will get you set up.

Renew Active
Renew Active™ is here to help you stay fit, stay focused and stay you. It’s available at no additional cost with UnitedHealthcare® Medicare plans. Learn more about how you can stay active and healthy at UHCRenewActive.com.
With Renew Active™, you’ll receive a one-on-one session with a personal trainer to set fitness-related goals and create a personalized fitness plan available at no additional cost with UnitedHealthcare Medicare plans.
Renew Active™ is available at all YMCA branches. Some branches are Renew Active premium locations and only available with certain plans. Contact your local branch for more information.
